ISIS Group and EURILOGIC Group have signed an Agreement protocol which will end by the merge of the two Groups by the 31st of August 2007.
The new entity will become a force then of 1100 people and 100
M€ of annual turnover.
On 28th of June 2007, ISIS-MPP acquired MIDI-INGENIERIE company which becomes a 100% subsidiary of ISIS-MPP Group
This merge will allow :
- a better long life cycle of MIDI-INGENIERIE activities
- a significant increase of ISIS-MPP R&D capabilitiy
- an optimization of our services by synergy of the Group expertise.
