1999 - Buy back of the radar systems, displays and computers repair shops from “Thomson Service Industrie”.
2000 thru 2002 - Buy back of several expert companies (IXORE, SR2I, etc).
2005 - Buy back of “ Sélisa / Alfa Colombes” (industrial software & embedded systems)
2005 - ISIS-MPP becomes independent and is then registered as a S.A.S ( simplified actions company ruled)
2007 - ISIS joins the group EURILOGIC and buy back of MIDI-INGENIERIE company (Robotics - Mecatronics)
